Consultation
We are happy to either have an initial discussion over the phone or at your premises of work to discuss your requirements. We will work with you to establish clear and measurable outcomes and develop a solution that works best for you. We also take into account any existing Learning & Development initiatives and your budget.
Initial Tasters
Many of our clients like to start with short workshops or informative speaking events to establish interest from their staff and introduce them to the concepts of the training and coaching. We offer these both in house and hold open events as well for individuals to attend.

For Business Owners, we review your current situation and work with you to develop your strategy for business growth and where needed professional development plan as well. For organizationally sponsored programmes, this would in most cases involve briefings from line managers, HR and the coaches to agree goals and desired outcomes.
Ongoing Reviews
Minimally, we will have review meetings at the half-way point to ensure that both the participants and the sponsor’s objectives are being met. This is an opportunity to review the progress made so far and to take the necessary steps to give the client the best return on investment possible. We also have a wrap-up review at the end of the programme to assess the overall outcomes, success of the programme and return on investment.
